As inquiries have been coming into our office about the relationship of Daniel Mesa with Secrets Unsealed, we feel that a word of clarification is in order.
The marketing department of Secrets Unsealed hired Daniel Mesa on May 27, 2014, however, on December 6, 2016, the ministry terminated Daniel’s employment for a variety of reasons.
We would like to make it clear that neither Pastor Bohr nor anyone else at Secrets Unsealed shares Daniel’s theological views of the Godhead, particularly his understanding of the personhood and nature of the Holy Spirit, which we believe are at odds with Scripture, and the Spirit of Prophecy. Matthew 28:18-20 and 2 Corinthians 13:14 (among many other verses) indisputably teach that there are three distinct persons in the Godhead each in unity with the other and that all three are God in the highest sense. Ellen White is likewise clear:
“There are three living persons of the heavenly trio. In the name of these three powers, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, those who receive Christ by living faith are baptized, and these powers will cooperate with the obedient subjects of heaven in their efforts to live the new life in Christ.” Bible Training School, March 1, 1906
Although we can see the work and fruit of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Prophecy has warned us not to delve into forbidden paths such as trying to explain the Holy Spirit’s nature—what or who He is:
“The nature of the Holy Spirit is a mystery. Men cannot explain it, because the Lord has not revealed it to them. Men having fanciful views may bring together passages of Scripture and put a human construction on them, but the acceptance of these views will not strengthen the church. Regarding such mysteries, which are too deep for human understanding, silence is golden.” Acts of the Apostles, p. 52
Secrets Unsealed likewise teaches that Jesus is the Divine Son of God, co-substantial with the Father and sharing His nature. Our position is that Jesus is God in the highest sense, a person distinct from the Father yet equal with Him, in unity with Him, and sharing with Him all the divine attributes. We do not believe that Jesus was created at any point in eternity past for in Him is life ‘original, unborrowed, underived.’

He did the same to me some time ago and would you believe I am still alive. Maybe he is all bluster with no substance.

James is either a prophet of God through whom God speaks to us or he is a liar who is heading for destruction or he is a madman.

C. S. Lewis popularized the argument that Jesus was either a liar or a lunatic or the Lord.

A person who claims to be God must belong to one of three categories:

First, if he claims to be God and yet in fact is not, he has to be a madman or a lunatic.

Second, if he is neither God nor a lunatic, he has to be a liar, deceiving others by his lie.

Third, if he is neither of these, he must be God.

You can only choose one of the three possibilities.

James, you don't have any scripture for what you believe do you?????

You just won't go there and you cannot.   How can all these false teacher and preachers speak in tongues? How can cult leaders speak in tongues?  This is the reason the Bible gives us a standard and the standard is not manifestations  it is the fruit.

Especially in the last days it is not a sin to be skeptical of people who claim to be "Spirit Filled".  Jesus warns us to be skeptical.  I do not know you James but what you have just said is weird at best.

If we cannot know the Holy Spirit then we cannot know the Truth. JESUS is the Holy Spirit. <3

Hosea 6:3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

If we cannot know the Holy Spirit, why are we told to Test the Spirits?

It is true that we cannot know the Nature of the Holy Spirit because we cannot know what exactly Divinity is. <3

From the statement, Bible believers are again falsely accused of delving into a mystery. It would be well if the speaker/writer removed the log in his eye first, for current SDA literature is full of meterial doing the very same thing they falsely accuse others of. Not only have SDA writers written much about the Holy Spirit but borrowed much from pagan and apostate sources on this subject, while ignoring plain statements from EGW (or abusing/misinterpreting/misapplying her writings) to support the false trinity theory. I’m talking about writings like the book Evangelism and Leroy Froom's texts like Movement of Destiny.

Please show us those texts from E G White that is not in favor of the Holy Spirit as part of the Godhead please.

Please take the time to read the history on this issue. It can improve your arguments.

Yes Leon Like me EGW was Learning just as any other Christian do we never come to Christianity knowing it all at first. ( I guess all except you who is all knowing and perfect in every way like the Pope )

My brother, you will not find any quote from Sister White that says that, therefore you will not find many who argue that the Holy Spirit is not part of the Godhead. The question lies rather in this way; Can you show that the Holy Spirit is someone else, that it is NOT JESUS CHRIST? Can you show from Scripture that the One True GOD is three Persons? :) <3

Does the ONE TRUE GOD have a SON? John 17:3

How then can the ONE TRUE GOD be Three Persons, of which one is a SON by a metaphor as the BRI Teaches? Is GOD real or is He a Metaphor? <3

I have covered in many postings online here about the fact that the word mystery used in the New Testament is the Greek Word mysterion, or musterion (depending on expert's opinion).

The word we see in English "mystery" was not translated, but transliterated, which means bringing letters (word) from one language (Greek in this case) into another language (English, in this case). Musterion means divine or sacred secrets, a mystery is not known, thus some erroneously claim that the word mystery in the New Testament is referring to the so called Trinity. This is error on top of error.

Much of the musterion is contained in Paul's epistles. This is most important, because it is the basis of what he Paul taught, as he received it by revelation of Jesus Christ.

Paul refers to the sacred secrets (musterion) in Romans 16:"25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,  26 But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:  27 To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen. Written to the Romans from Corinthus, and sent by Phebe servant of the church at Cenchrea."

Notice it says "according to my Gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery (musterion), which was kept secret since the world began. BUT NOW IS MADE MANIFEST, AND BY THE SCRIPTURES OF THE PROPHETS, ACCORDING TO THE COMMANDMENT OF THE EVERLASTING GOD, MADE KNOWN TO ALL NATIONS FOR THE OBEDIENCE OF FAITH." Emphasis added.

There are many important subject matters and principles contained in the musterion, including salvation, our standing before God, the one body of Christ, the manifestations of holy spirit and many more. The loss of the musterion due to all Asia turning away from Paul, and thus God and the important understanding of the musterion, has been devastating to Christianity, in that Christianity in general has not been as dynamic, true to God's plan, and powerful and glorifying to God as it should and could be.

Paul states in his epistles about the obedience to the musteriion, the fellowship of the musterion, to those fully initiated in the musterion, and about the stewardship of the musterion. You can't be any of those if you do not know, believe and practice and live the musterion.

Some here have foolishly mocked both the musterion and the manifestations of holy spirit. As Albert Einstein said "Condemnation without investigation is the height of ignorance." quoted from Coverging Wisdom by Eckhart Tolle and David Icke.

I forgot to mention, because of the confusion of the Trinity, this also causes confusion of the differences and nature of God, The Son of God, and the holy spirit, the gift of God.

This trinity crept into the church and overtook it, after the musterion was already lost when all Asia turned away from Paul, and thus from the True God and from the truth.

No wonder there is confusion in ideas of how the spirit "works." Some here even think that the holy spirit takes one over. That is what the Devil does. The true God seldom oversteps freedom of will (judgement, The Tower of Babel confusion of languages to prevent the New World Order then by Nimrod as Leader).

The trinity also makes it difficult for many believers to think they can do the works of Jesus Christ or greater works as he said, because if he is God, how can we mere humans emulate and do what He did? But if he is a man, though a most special one, the only begotten, then both his accomplishments are greater then if he was God, and also the works that he did are more obtainable and feasible knowing that he is a most special though still a man, but a most obedient of men, the second Adam, unto obedience, making possible our salvation and eternal life.

Peace

James wrote: "I forgot to mention, because of the confusion of the Trinity, this also causes confusion of the differences and nature of God, The Son of God, and the holy spirit, the gift of God."

With all due respect, I believe the confusion is coming from people like yourself.. I've seen people who say they have a problem with what the SDA Church teaches change their views in mid discussion. So, you can see why confusion is present in these discussions.

Again, from what I read ( and you can correct me if wrong), you have a problem with saying Jesus is GOD in the flesh, is that correct?

Blessings!
