We have a choice, every day...to increase or decrease our daily dying dose of death!

Every day we experience living death because we either make more DNA mistakes or less DNA mistakes, the choice is yours. How much death you experience today depends upon what you eat today. Much of the mutation effect depends upon which fragments of DNA enter our body helping the cells to live properly...when we eat plant foods we get their DNA fragments naturally inside our cells and these help us with making less DNA mistakes.

BUT if we eat foods without plants, or plants with mineral deficiencies those poorly designed plants with poorly structured DNA fragments destroy our DNA making more mutational changes. For example broccoli is good right ? Yes, but not if its cooked for hours on end in some bain-marie is it healthy? No, the heat has destroyed all plant DNA and your eating cancer fragments thinking its healthy. Most people instead eat junk food, with poisonous chemicals in them, GMO fragments of strange DNA,  human calls have never seen before....and so our cells make allergic reactions to these strange food fragments...

So why do we age (daily die)? Because the cells have lost the correct information, the 3D proteins is made only 3 months ago, but its not the same protein shape you had as a child, the shape has changed because the DNA no longer knows what the correct shape is any more....it's been lost....that's why we age....lost information... we have lost the original design Jesus created for us....our cells have lost their Designer's code for ongoing living....

When God said the day we ate the fruit we would dying die, He spoke truth....every day we eat poor food, we are experiencing a  daily dying death every day just a little bit until our body cells run into a catastrophic break down and collapse immediately with a heart attack, or sublime into cancer.

How do we stop ourselves from dying every day ? By living a life as the Holy Spirit wants us to live....as clean and pure as we can....away from the cities of pollution....into the country where pollution is less....that alone will increase our health and decrease our daily death rate....

Every thing we do to increase our daily dose of dying is a physical sin of death.

We are  missing the flow of power from Jesus, and missing in Scripture is called sinning..

How do we avoid this daily dose of death? No more junk food, no more processed food, no more GMO food, no more flavour enhanced food, no more meat food, no more energy drinks, grow your own food made by Jesus using natural DNA messages designed to increase the power flow of Jesus in you. Being the process to love the world market luxuries less; begin the process of moving away from Babylon towards a more simple life; and begin the process of loving Jesus, His word and simple pleasures, more in your life every day.

Make the changes slowly, carefully and gradually or you will hate the change....See yourself as addicted to music, to rich food, to fast city life and city pleasures...Wean yourself off such a love for the world of Babylon, slowly and start getting into Jesus' garden of Eden, not an artificial yard of concrete in a city; enjoy instead the natural sounds of birds, the plain wholesome streams of water, and simple home grown foods, without added chemical's and processing.

Rob Powerful words and advice, thank you. You should have added your GMO message as well with that mysterious virus.

What a pity Elijah the health message falls on deaf ears....Shalom

Yes because some like and perhaps love  to eat of the table of Babylon sadly.

My mother (bless her soul) always cooked vegetables like broccoli in water until they were limp.  I liked them, but discovered years later that the minerals and vitamins were being cooked out into the water, then thrown down the kitchen sink.  Today, I like to steam my vegetables lightly or eat them raw (after washing them, of course).  Is steaming the right way to cook vegetables or is there another better method?  How do you prepare, cook, and eat your vegetables?

IN general food is meant to be eaten raw....we are all over weight....

Try eating one raw broccoli and a raw carrot for lunch...you can't eat them all because it so filling and bulky, so you naturally lose weight....with processed food we are eating way too much nutrient the body needs....

God says I have slow sun baked my foods, why do you have to add more heat to them ?

What I do is cook foods just enough to remove acid, or cell walls, for example I cook tomatoes and onions for about 3 - 5  minutes low heat....while making the next to add, beans, tomatoes, melons, and add this and your done...the result, mostly raw to semi cooked food in a pan or wok...aim to have the interior of cells intact, but the outside cells cooked to make it more palatable...sometimes I  eat 2 Kg of tomatoes every day from my garden...

You will see snakebeans mostly raw, red and yellow tomatoes cooked with onions, some semi cooked, and melons (yellow) semi cooked, the entire dish s ready to eat under 7 minutes, the speed I cut up the tomatoes and ingredients... this is one example of how to eat home grown , non GMO food, without any added flavour's...

When you eat acidic food it makes basic blood and healthy for you...

I steam veggies for a large family, add 3 cups of water ot a large pan, add the mesh and add the ingredients to the pan, first the ones that need longest cooking, ie potatoes, then cut up pumpkins, add that, than cut up cabbage and add that, finally cut up beans, melon and tomatoes and add that, the last cooking is just 30 seconds, turn off the heat and let it cook itself for a while than serve....that way all the ingredients are semi raw to cooked....

Carohydrates is the only one you need ot break into the cell walls with heat...to get starch to sugar

The rest of plant food you must leave the interior cell wall contents intact....

You want to eat living enzyme's DNA fragments intact, these are passed intact into your blood stream and allow the body to modify DNA repairs...contrary to science teaching, food fragments are passed into your blood stream mostly intact, not digested as once thought...

If you do it right you will feel digestion going really fast....at PH 5, not 1 - 2, in fact the longer digestion takes the less healthy you are....digesting animal meat takes many hours for example...

If my potatoes were home grown, I would eat them skin and all too, but I peel them because I do not trust the place the food came from, all home grown food is eaten skin and all, mostly raw to semi-cooked, cellular contents intact ....

Hope this helps

Shalom

Wow!  That is just a beautiful plate of food with nice presentation.  I don't know what snakebeans are, perhaps they are called by a different name?  Onions, yes, love them.  (Note: never feed onions or garlic to cats, it damages their Red Blood Cells, which can lead to system collapse).  What you call melons, I call crooked-neck squash, and snap beans, and fresh tomatoes.  And the potatoes, what kind of do you buy?  The new ones, Russell, Idaho spuds, etc.?  Yes, I have done it exactly your way with putting the potatoes in first, then other vegetables by how fast they cook or needed to be cooked.  I usually liked potatoes, carrots, broccoli, onions.  This all mixes together and smells wonderful.  I put a bit of Mrs. Dash's Table blend on it, as I have weaned myself off of salt due to high blood pressure.  I never heard of cooking pumpkin in the mix.  How does that taste?

Each culture and country uses what they grow in their own back yard....experiment and enjoys God's pleasure...

This was my breakfast....old bean pods are split and while green and soft a ready made protein source

melons on left can include all kinds as you have noted

carbs is our main diet, sweet potatoes and home grown corn

the savoury is the most important because it consists of living enzyme's and living minerals attached inside cellular walls, I use tomatoes to do this....it's the tastiest part of the dish....

I use many different types of home grown tomatoes, red, yellow, plum and watery types....

Tapioca is a starch food home grown too, used to make thickening of savoury, and white sauces.

The pan is ready for two stages, onions and tomatoes are cooked for 2 to 3 minutes, medium heat

than the last stage is added to heat the cell walls but not destroy the contents inside, cooking time for that stage just 1 minute or less.

So here's my breakfast ready to eat...notice the protein portion is reduced,,, older people do not need lots of protein, there's plenty already in plants....

Hope this helps to show how simply Daniel might have ate, how tasty and less complicated eating can be without GMO and processed additives and chemical flavour's.

Shalom

I do not know why, but I seem to have allergies to tapioca and the nightshade family, except that I seem to tolerate tomatoes, but eggplant makes me really ill.  Do you eat cheese?  That's what it looks like on your plate.  Are you an ovo-lacto vegetarian?  Seems like an awful lot to eat for breakfast, but on a farm you probably need the energy.  I eat a lot of Fiber One with chia seeds as my doctor recommended eating more fiber.  I told him if I eat any more fiber he would see the bark stripped off the trees outside his office.  How do you make sure you are getting enough B vitamins, especially the B vitamin, B4 or B5 that comes from animal protein.  Of course, if you are an ovo-lacto vegetarian, I guess that would be in the eggs and cheese you eat, right?

The plate of food is a poor picture I guess David...the yellow stuff are yellow tomatoes and yellow melons

We live in a poisonous world, so the principle is to eat less poison, not to avoid eating...

My non Christian families had left over Christmas food, so I will eat cheese in small amounts as a taste thing....I can eat processed tomato sauce that way too, and other junk poisons they have in the fridge, until it's all gone....

Anything too poisonous like GMO etc is thrown out....I also throw out any product with sugar cane sugar in it...including plain sugar....the only sugar we have in the kitchen is honey...

We don't have sodium salt either, ours is Himalayan salt, dug up from Noah's flood, not sea salt evaporation....

Of myself, I do not normally buy cheese or processed foods of any kind...I do not trust them.

My wife is not an extreme as me so I have to be more accommodating sometimes for her, as the process of loving the world less and less takes time.

We do raise chooks on organic food, and I occasionally have a home grown chook egg sometimes, again just to favour the dish....

But most of the time, I am vegan in my diet...though I note some are more extreme and even refuse mushrooms....which I think is wrong...my sister is extreme in this diet area...she takes vegan to a totally different level....

I do not see  a need for vitamin supplements...if you take a supplement its a dead inorganic form, and will make it worse...second it not balanced....taking calcium tablets makes you lose calcium ....you have to eat cellular calcium in the cells of plants together with enzymes and phosphate and all organic things in the right amounts....the same goes for vitamins....

My wife has a heart condition that is fixed by Q10 supplement, so for some reason she needs such foods....so many be there is a place for supplements.

So I trust mother nature food, not industrial supplements....some say vegans lack B12....I think this is in error....bacteria make vit 12 , so do not kill the bacteria in your mouth, and let them make foods for you there...but this requires you to wash your mouth with salt, not fluoride, and treat your organisms with respect....

Never heard of Fiber one with chi seeds, I need to eat lots of fibre too, that why I like to eat a handful of greens every day, leafy greens, some wild herbs, some spinach, even mulberry leaves, whatever is around at the time....just a handful every day every meal will give you all the fibre you need...a handful of greens gives you all the vit B 's your need....eaten raw or close to, so as not to destroy the enzymes...some such as sour thistle is prickly, and is an acquired taste!!....but I trust older wild herbs because mankind has not fiddled with the breeding...God's intended foods...try a small handful of wild greens in your area and get to recognize them for health....

I would doubt you are allergic to tapioca...maybe tapioca powder ...that's processed and nothing like whole home grown tapioca...I plan to cook some tomorrow....

when cooked tapioca is yellow....industrial tapioca is white....totally different....

I also discovered when I make home made tomato sauce of ketchup, its not red....mine is pinkish...they add colouring to ketchup and smells....my sauce does not smell, so I know the industrial sauce is not natural...natural butter by the way is not yellow  either....I used to make mine from a Guernsey cow, home made butter from home made milk...colour was a whiteish yellow creamy colour. but not yellow....you add yellow colour to industrial butter...

I would imagine my home grown chooks eggs are not the same as industrial eggs too. Having worked on chook farms, they add antibiotics to the water, fungicides to the food, and their eggs lack nutrients....my eggs come with fresh water, no antibiotic's, no fungicides and nothing processed or added....plain whole grains organic...a further step would be to home grow your own chook food...but that is a pipe dream for me right now...

My ketchup look orange rather than red....it tasted great...

I use tapioca to thicken it rather than sugar cane sugar...I found out heating sugar slowly while heating caramelizes it and so it thickens...very very bad...cancer right there...

So I blend my red tomato sauce with yellow tapioca and you get orange ketchup...

I have discovered nothing in the industry is safe....I am going to experiment with ice-cream one day....I was thinking of strawberry's and water and coconut cream with tapioca

or strawberry's with coconut cream, water and xylum gum ( a seaweed extract that thickens when heated) frozen banana and mango is nice but expensive and fattening....

Tapioca is not so fattening and easier to blend into a thick glue...just add flavour....ie strawberry or whatever...

Actually one vit B your probably not getting is vit B 17 ? Is the seed of certain seeds eaten raw...try it next time...I always eat apples, skin, core and seeds....mix the bitter of the seeds with the sweet apple surrounds...why ? Vit B 17

Do the same with orange seeds and watermelon seeds...sadly mankind is breeding plants to be less nutrition...bring back the seeds....

Shalom

Oh, is that what it was.  I just did not realize it.  The picture was good.  I see, melon slices, like a cantaloupe.  You may be right about the tapioca.  Looking on any of the packages would make any chemist proud.  Yes, that's right B12 was the vitamin I was thinking about.  And about the apples, yes, I have that weird habit too.  I eat it all.  I generally only do this with apples though.  I am learning so much just by listening to you.

You know, one of the odder things I have learned about Type II diabetes is that it is rare in South Africa because of the chromium in the soil, which is drawn into the plants there and eaten by the people.  Also, that camel's milk can be drunk safety by diabetics and is very helpful in reversing the disease; however it has been blocked from being sold in stores in this country by the FDA at this time.  I have worked with a woman and her association of camel ranchers on this issue.

As far as I know, diabetes is caused by eating too much refined foods (white flour, sugar and oil) and not eating home grown vegetables....

Some cases can be genetic, PNG people have switched from home grown veggies to shop food, the white man eats... so if you switch from shop food to home grown veggies, your problems should go away within 3 months or so...

that's how Weimar suggests it...

So be like me, nothing I eat is processed, no milk of any kind, no cheese, no meat, no processed foods ever, nothing from the shop....if I buy anything from a market shop it has to be whole foods, peanuts, cashews, potatoes, etc...

When I get the food home I check they are non GMO, I cut them open leave them on the window sill for 30 minutes to see if they spoil....the faster a food spoils the better it is for you...my sweet potatoes spoil so fast you cut them twice with a peeler, within seconds they turn brown...so there are loaded with bacteria eating the food for you already....

Never eat foods wrapped in plastic...

So yesterday I went shopping, what did I buy ? A bad of onions and a packet of cashews. That's it. Cost $10 for a week of food. All the rest comes from home grown veggies.

Now if you do this for several weeks, you will not have diabetes....

My garden is under chook wire...its three yards 6m by 6m, with two chook pens either end. Each yard can be opened to the chook's, so weeds do not worry me, I let them grow for the chooks and they destroy all weeds within 3 weeks once the yard is open...

So you get all weeds removed and free fertilizer....

Only wished I had used finer netting to remove insect attack as well...the whole structure cost me $1000. You can make it as large or as small as you like....

In a city place I had one chook pen and 2 yards, just 8 m long and 6 m wide...and this worked OK as well.

I grow my veggies in there, feed the chooks weeds and scraps and plants and everybody is happy.

Now if you really old, I once set up a fully enclosed screen room 4 m long and 3 metres wide, with the garden beds bricked in 1 m high all around the sides, so no digging required, no insects get in...pollination can be a worry...so I grew greens...

Another time I grew greens in guttering and limestone gravel, no weeding or digging or watering, fully automatic, nothing to do but plant and harvest.

It was a blend of hydroponics and aquaculture, using geese pooh in a nearby pond of water.

Glad to hear your eating apple seeds David...I enjoy a bitter squeeze among my apple sweet....

Shalom

As far as I know, although there were and are rather heavy set people in my family, no diabetes except me.  I would definitely agree with you that it is the food as just not drinking diet soda, but going with pure reverse osmosis water over an 18 month period caused a 60 lbs. loss.  The trouble is the dietitians and doctors all have the "Exercise more, eat less" mantra.  The dietitians association is supported in their education programs, travel, and association expenses by the food industry somewhat like the tobacco industry supported the American Medical Association years ago, with the same predictable results.

Yeah, the city would not allow chickens to be raised in my back yard. John wandered in and saw your set-up for your garden and was impressed.  He's from California and did and still does part-time work on yards, gardens, and farms.  He did wonder why you should not eat foods wrapped in plastic.

It does seem that changes in diet can trigger Type II diabetes.  The highest rate of diabetes in the U.S. is among a tribe of Native-Americans called the Pima Tribe.  They live at the bottom of the Grand Canyon.  Something like 42% of the tribe have the condition, and it began when the tribe began using pickup trucks instead of walking, horses, and wagons, and also changed their diet from a very simple one of nuts, a flour paste that they baked, fruit and local vegetables to what the supermarket carries today.
