Does God already Know who will be Saved and who will go to Hell?

I believe God knows the past and the future.. But does he already know who will be saved and who will be damned? If he does, then whats the point of trying? Even if you try hard you will still be damned right? or viceversa.. Somebody help me understand this.. I was thinking about premeditation..

"All in All, am glad to learn that we are all Predestined to be saved.."

Yes it is COOL isn't it? And that is the Gospel that we are to share to the world.

Evacha, you wrote:

"...and there is somewehere where God said He hardened Pharao's heart so that God would be glorified.. I dont like thinking about these texts because they evoke questions in my mind that i can not understand or find answers to.

Thank the Lord, brother, because there are answers to these questions.

This is part of understanding God's ways. How does God harden the heart?

God hardens the heart by trying to soften it with light from the courts above!

"It is not God that  blinds the eyes of men or hardens their hearts.

He sends them light  to correct their errors and to lead them in

safe paths. It is by the rejection of  that light that the eyes are blinded

and the heart hardened. Often the process is gradual, and almost

imperceptible. Light comes to the soul through God's word, through

His servants, or by the direct Agency of the Holy Spirit; but when one

ray of light is disregarded, there is a partial benumbing of

the spiritual perceptions, and the second revealing is less clearly

discerned. So the darkness increases, until it is night in the soul." D.A.322.

"What Pharaoh has done will be done again and again by men until

the close of probation. God destroys no man; but when a man stifles

conviction, when he turns from evidence, he is sowing unbelief and will

reap as he has sown." RH Vol.6, p.285.
