It also says:

1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

The first prophecy of the Bible starts off by warning us, that the Devil wants to eat us.  We are dust:

Gen. 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou [art], and unto dust shalt thou return.

Gen. 18:27 And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which [am but] dust and ashes:

Here's how a modern, popular singer puts it:

You're only young but you're gonna die
I won't take no prisoners, won't spare no lives
Nobody's putting up a fight
I got my bell, I'm gonna take you to hell
I'm gonna get you, Satan get you
The Devil gets you addicted to the unwholesome things of the world, which dissolves you from the inside out, weakening you, like a spider's venom, turning the innards into soup.
Is. 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! [how] art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
This is the threat that Christ has to save us from.
Thanks bro
