@Ray - thank you friend for presenting the truth about women ordination :)
Hello Scobs.
Quality of formation is definitely a problem. Also, the calling is not what used to be. People go to the seminary without a real calling from God and I can't tell you how many newly students I've spoke with simply do not have that burning in their hearts and love for souls like we used to see. Things are really deteriorating but I don't think Laodicea will improve in good times. The church will be proven in fire so the shaking is at the door. However, the only thing we can do is to stay true to solid and Biblical principles and with the lesser light guiding us to the greater light.
I think this problem is pervasive and it will have its tentacles wherever the door opens. Now is time for more diligent study our scriptures and prayer. It is time to turn our eyes upon Jesus and look full in His wonderful face.
God bless you dearly my brother!

My vote is to get rid of the two-sided power issue and only have BOTH COMISSIONED....

If the promotion of the ordination of women and men who do not qualify was truth, then your statment would be valid. But it is not, so that is not an accurate assessment.

No, I would not want to see that at all, other then a wife washing the feet of her husband, and then he should wash her feet too.
I had to laugh when I read this. I was giving Bible studies to a couple one time. As they were progressing nicely in an understanding of truth, at one study, when her husband had stepped out, she asked if she could wash my feet? I hopefully courteously declined. The studies ended about that time. I suspect that her husband overheard or otherwise learned of it and it made it impossible to continue the Bible studies.
A person's feet are a sensitive part of their body. Having a woman who you are not married to, washing your feet could lead to unhealthy circumstances. You fill in the blanks.
So, while I understand the general idea you are presenting, it needs some modifications.

i do love a good washing of the feet
each toe tenderly taken of
gently exfoiliating
and soapy frothy bubbles rising uptard the ceiling fan
and all my attendants with me
combing
powdering
and applying healing balms
im such a weary pilgrim
