Special prayer request.
Hi everyone: Jerry, a member of my church was involved in a hit and run last week. He is in the hospital right now and has gone through 3 surgeries so far. I believe he has one more to go thorough. He is in quite a bit of pain and has a shattered right hip, broken knees and other injuries.
Please keep him in your prayers, the doctors expect him to be out of the hospital in 3 weeks to 2 months. Thank you and God bless.

I will be praying for him. Praise God that his life was spared. May God be with him as he recovers. Tell him that now God has made a way for him to have plenty of time to study and pray! Not the way he may have wanted more time with God but he may enjoy that aspect of being laid up!

Thanks everyone for keeping Jerry in your prayers. I went to see him today and he has been moved from the hospital into a nursing home. He was in very good spirits and was glad to see visitors. Due to the extensive injuries it will be a long recovery; that's why he was moved into the nursing home, but it he is no longer in any immediate danger.
Thanks everyone for keeping him in mind when you go to God.

Greetings everyone, and God bless. I am so happy to say that Jerry will be leaving the nursing home in less than a week. God has been good and it is wonderful to see him working in our lives. I want to thank everyone here for your prayers and support for Jerry through out this time.
