Please

First of all thank God for the first time the Seventh-day Adventist Church will be running a secondary school in Burrkina Faso, our country where many young people faced for decades challenges relating to classes , papers and examination on Sabbat.

Many of our brethren  have failed yearly exams, have been sacked from school, have been mocked at by mates and teachers for their commitment to keep the Sabbath holy. Today the Lord has shown His favor to the younger ones who can now go through the education in an Adventist Institution.

then, We need your prayers for this new inatitution to be an effective instrument for the shring of our faith in Burkina Faso.

November 2010, i had the providence of meeting at Fada a young by name Amadou Koare with one of my Bible students who is now a faithful member of my local church. our meeting gave me opportunity of encouraging Koare to seek Answers to most buffling questions from the Word of God. After  3 study meetings i had  a missionary journey to carry out throughout my district.

As i was visiting a member in the city of Tenkodogo Southern part of my district, i received a call from my junior sister who informed me that a letter had been sent to me from the civil prison of Fada. i commanded her to open that letter and read it to my hearing and lo and behold my newly met friend had been arrested and sent to prison for theft. He wrote to me to pray for him  and help him with a Bible to allow him continue the studies. At my return after the weekend i secured pernission from the local justice palace and the prison keepers to visit him.

The time i spent with him was a blessed one, because he openned his heart to me and confessed his usual misbehavior. i continued to go to him for Bible studies but i was given only 15 min per visit with him for every week.

Koare Amadou says he needs prayers to help him stand on his decision to have a transformed life for integrity honsesty before man and God. He told me  "unless God Himself give me new heart i know that when i go out of this prison i will come back into it again". Koare is getting deeper in the decovery of Bible truths. He has recognized the Sabbath as the unique holy Day of the Creator. He is candidate to upcoming baptismal service while in prison.

Please join us in prayers and help for  this gentlman who longs for new life.
