HERE'S ONE: VEGETABLE CURRY
2 CUPS STRING BEANS
2 CUPS GREEN BEANS
2 CUPS CHAYOTE,CUT INTO 1 INCH THICK SLICES
1 CUP SQUASH OR PUMPKIN,CUT INTO 1 INCH THICK SLICES
2 BEATEN EGGS
1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
2 CUPS GLUTEN,CUT IN SERVING PIECES
1/2 CUP WATER
1 CUP THICK FRESH COCO MILK OR CANNED
3 CLOVES GARLIC,CRUSHED
1 TBSP SALT
1 1/2 TBSP CURRY POWDER
1 RED AND GREEN PEPPER,CUT INTO MED.STRIPS
-FRY GLUTEN IN HEATED OIL,SET ASIDE
-BROWN EGGS IN HEATED OIL
-ADD GARLIC,ONIONS,SALT AND COCO MILK
-ADD THE VEGETABLES,GLUTEN;COVER AND COOK UNTIL TENDER.
-ADD CURRY POWDER,RED AND GREEN PEPPER.SIMMER FOR ABOUT A MINUTE.
-GOOD FOR 8 TO 10 SERVINGS (YOUR FOOD AND YOU p.143)

ANGELS HAIR PASTA WITH MUSHROOM
Angels hair pasta - 1,000grams
10 garlic cloves-crushed
2 medium sized pearl onions-thinly sliced
1kilos tomatoes -cubes
300 grams fresh mushroom(any kind)-sliced
1tsp doried basil
1tsp dried marjoram
1/2 cup non GMO soy sauce -Bragg soy sauce is good
1/4 cup raw pure honey
10 leaves of oregano chopped
1/2 cup of first cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil
1 cup sundried cashew nuts or roasted peanuts-grounded
Preheat stainless pan for 1 minute in low fire.toast garlic until slightly brown.add onion and stir continiously for 1minute.add tomato and simmer for 5 minutes.add salt,basil,marjoram,soy sauce,fresh mushroom and honey.mix well and cover for 10 minutes and stir occasionally.put off fire and let it warm.add oregano,olive oil, and cashew nuts.mix well with pasta..of course boil the angel hair pasta
1 c. lima bean
4 qts. water
1c. dried green split peas
1 large onion or 1 small onion and a clove of garlic
2 c. finely cut cabbage
2 c. green string beans
2 c. noodles
Soak beans over night, cook in the water till nearly tender, then add peas. Let cook about then to twenty minutes, and onion ad garlic finely cut. Add other vegetables. When vegetables are done, add the salt, drop in the noodles and let cook about ten minutes. Add a little oil. Serves twelve.
yys! here is one that is tasty and healthy for the eyes, cancer prevention, kidney ailments,.prevents arterial circulation disorder, blood pressure, arterioclerosis, apoplexy,digestive disorder.cataracts,prevent lost of visual acuity...The three major nutrients of pumpkins, the main ingredients in this dish, are beta carotene(provitamin A),vitamin C, and potassium. All of them exerts a beneficial effect upon vision.
1 1/2 litre(1 1/2 quarts) of water
chives to decorate
4tbsp of olive oil
1: to clean the leeks, remove the outer layer and cut the stem lenghtwise to reveal possible soil between the leaves. wash thoroughly
. chop the leeks in very thinks slices.
.peel, wash, and chop the pumpkin and the potatoes into medium size chunks
2:boil water with salt. then add the vegetable.
.boil for 20mins(or until the vegetables are tender)
.drain the vegetables and reserve the broth
.blend the vegetables to make a puree and dress with the raw olive oil.

Vegetarian Boneless Chicken
1/4 lb. Dried bean curd stick ( found in most Oriental Markets)
I T. oil
½ onion grated
2 tsp. Sugar
1 ½ tsp. Accent (MSG–I don't use it)
2 eggs slightly beaten
I T. Salt
½ tsp. Sage
Soak bean curd in water until soft and pliable.
Squeeze water out. Cut into 1" lengths. Mix with remaining ingredients.
Place in bowl, pan or jar and steam for 30-45 min.
Can be eaten as is or deep-fried.
