Dear Sister Sabrina Dean,  we know that God has put healing properties in the leaves of the plants for His children to use.  The question is just WHAT herbs are being discussed and WHERE this herbal medicine is being applied.  We know that India is full of spiritualistic focus in life and the search for health.  SO you can't just say "yes" of "no" in this matter, but must do further research.  My dear mother got leukemia in her early 40's from a radiation treatment given just after WWII.  She was dying.  She went on a 40 day Grape-fast with cleansing and lived 25 more years before the leukemia finally got her.  She was on her feet until 2 weeks before she passed away with a pneumonia the hospital couldn't stop.  Anyway, the India "remedy," whatever it is, has to be considered in the light of Christian beliefs and some solid science to avoid falling under the spiritualistic forces that are SO prevalent in India and also around the world.  God bless, guide and keep you in this matter.

Water Before Bedtime

 

About 90% of heart attacks occur early in the morning and it can be minimized if one takes a glass or two of water before retiring in the evening.

I knew water is important but I never knew about the special times to drink it. 
Did you??  
  Drinking water at the correct   time
Maximizes its effectiveness on the Human   body :

1 glasses of water after waking up -  helps activate internal organs 

1 glass of water  30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps   lower blood pressure
1 glass of water before going to bed -   avoids stroke or heart attack

Dear and Respected Contributors to and Readers of the Health Ministries Group,  I would like to point out something about the "comment" below by Ivan Seito Amago.  This is a COMMERCIAL for a New Age Zen Based Self-focus.  It looks to yourself for the answers to your problems.  This is not to say that there is no truth to what is being offered by Amago.  Eve ate the "fruit" in the Garden and "found it good" and she even FELT a change in herself (the EXIT of part of the intimate presence of the HOLY SPIRIT)!  Was this PROOF that the forbidden fruit should be added to the diet of all God's children?  Well, Adam KNEW that it was not, but he committed suicide because of HIS appetite for Eve!  He ate the fruit KNOWING that it would be death to him and brought death to every human being.  Only the intervention of God and the Infinite Sacrifice of the Incarnation and Cross have given us the "right" to life again.

SO, when you consider the material offered by Amago, realize that it is NOT from a Christian spiritual source, but rather from an Eastern spiritualistic source, that will make you look to YOURSELF for the answers instead of to the Trinity.  If you can keep your "God Focus" as you consider the information, then maybe you could find some good, but there is a danger and this is a warning.  Sr. White DOES speak about keeping a positive focus and not speaking negative or depressed or doubtful things.  What should our "cry" be?  "Oh, God, unless YOU help me, I die!"  God WILL accomplish EVERYTHING needed for Salvation and for the work that HE needs you to do for Humanity in and through you, by the Power of the HOLY SPIRIT, if you ASK and ALLOW!  Christ BOUGHT the RIGHT for God to use His Creative Power to RECREATE you into the image of His Son Jesus Christ.  This is part of the CENTER of the Message of Righteousness by Faith = Right-doing, Doing the Right thing by Faith in God doing in US the SAME THING that He did in His Son Jesus Christ!

There are MANY things to consider about health and MANY false pathways in Health Ministry to yourself and to others.  We MUST take it to God in prayer, in order to KNOW THE TRUTH, so that the TRUTH can make you FREE!

Is Zen Buddhism the "path" to Eternal Life in Jesus Christ?  Can Buddha give you life or lead you in the "path of Righteousness"?  So, dear people, be VERY careful to take ALL new information to God in prayer FIRST, before you get deeply involved.  God will guide you, if you are surrendered to Jesus Christ in all that you do and in all that you seek!  May God Bless you and keep you in the Way of Truth and Life Eternal!
