Randriana, I had this problem, too, many yrs ago,not remembering things. I can tell you what it worked for me. I start drinking about 2L of Water everyday( never after eating, though) and everyday I wrote few verses from the bible,by hand in a notebook. This helped me indeed to improve my memory.

Homemade Cinnamon Mouthwash for Bad Breath
Bad breath (officially known as halitosis, if it’s chronic) is a problem that can be caused by anything from an over-load of bacteria in your mouth, underlying dental problems, or just a stinky snack with foods like garlic or onions. But that mouthwash that you buy at the store…why is it electric green or bright purple anyways? If you  take a moment to read the label, you’ll find you’re not getting much more than a mouthful of chemicals, artificial coloring, and flavoring that does little to help your breath for more than a half hour or so. It may actually do more damage long-term-one of the most popular ingredients in mouthwash is ethyl alcohol, which can weaken the lining of your gums. Although inconclusive, Stanford University has conducted research that may link certain mouthwash to oral cancer. So the next time you need to freshen your breath, try making this DIY mouth rinse. It’s inexpensive, refreshing, and effective-not to mention that you know what’s in it, and can take comfort in the fact that its not the color of toxic sludge
Ingredients: Cinnamon powder, honey, lemon juice, baking soda (optional).
Why cinnamon: Unlike mint, which tends to just mask the smell of bad breath, cinnamon actually gets rid of the odor by killing off odor-causing bacteria. The International Association for Dental Research found that people who chewed cinnamon gum had a 50% decrease in oral bacteria versus people who chewed mint.
Why honey: Honey makes everything taste better, but it also has antibacterial properties. If possible, get Manuka honey. Manuka honey is from New Zealand, and contains 127 times the amount of methylglyoxa, which is the antimicrobial agent that kills off bacteria, than acacia honey (the regular sweet stuff you usually see.) Always try to get organic raw honey.
Why lemon juice: Lemon has a strong refreshing citrus scent that can help with nasty cases of bad breath.
Why baking soda: Baking soda wipes out nasty things (like bad bacteria) and has been shown to help whiten teeth.

You will need…

-2 lemons
-1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon
-1/2 teaspoon-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 ½ teaspoons of honey
-1 cup of warm water
-A bottle or jar with a tight fitting lid

Directions

Put ½ tablespoon of cinnamon into a bottle or jar with a tight fitting lid, and add the juice of 2 freshly squeezed lemons along with 1 ½ teaspoons of honey. If you’d like you can also add in 1/2-1 teaspoon of baking soda and omit the honey, or use both. Pour 1 cup of very warm water (needed to melt the honey) into the jar, and stir well. When you need to freshen up your breath, give it a quick shake and swish/gargle 1-2 tablespoons for 1 minute.

February 2012, I weighed 206lbs.  Today, I weigh 140lbs.  In the first 3 months, I lost over 30lbs.

Its not magical, nor mystical.  Its more about obeying the natuarl laws in your body.

For example, How does your stomach digest proteins?  Because your stomach does not digest carbs in the stomach.

There are principles to eating that most pay no mind to doing.

1) Eating and drinking with your meals.  When you eat and drink at the same time, you cause your stomach to first empty the liquid out, then it can digest the food. ONLY problem, is that the acid needed for that is gone plus the food takes longer to digest, but by the time the food is digested, you already taken another meal.  The constant burden on the stomach causes fermentation, indigestion, constipation which can lead to cancer.  Have you ever seen a man with a large belly?  This is a result of undigested food that is still in the colon.

2) Eating between meals - If you keep eating constantly, the stomach is constantly burdened.  It has to restart over the process causing indigestion, and fermentation will come in as a result.  Eat regular meals at least 5 hours between and at least a 5 hours from your bedtime.

3) Late night eating - don't do, the stomach is still working while you asleep.  The blood that should be going to nourish your entire body for repairs is being used to digest your food.  Many wake up, with a dry mouth and exhausted.  You are overworking the stomach.  Best rule, when you rest, let your stomach rest.  NOt too much liquids right before bed also.

4) Overeating - It matters not what you eat, too much of good thing is just as bad as eating too little of bad foods.  Too much variety causes over eating  as well.  How many at potluck, when there are several dishes take a little from each dish?  Guilty as well.  Variety of foods should be modest, perhaps 3 or 4 at one setting.  Overeating clogs the machinery and can not be used to make good blood.  That is the key to healing of all diseases.  How pure your blood is, how clean the blood, is how healthy the body will be.  Lev 17:11 for the life of the flesh is in the blood.  its what keeps us healthy.  The food we eat, becomes the blood we use to think, Our thoughts become are actions, Our actions repeated become our habits are habits become our characters..

The health of the body is to be regarded as essential for growth in grace and the acquirement of an even temper. If the stomach is not properly cared for, the formation of an upright, moral character will be hindered. The brain and nerves are in sympathy with the stomach. Erroneous eating and drinking result in erroneous thinking and acting.--9T 160 (1909).  {2MCP 392.2}

  Knowledge of Nature's Laws Is Necessary.-- There are matters not usually included in the study of physiology that should be considered--matters of far greater value to the student than are many of the technicalities commonly taught under this head. As the foundation principle of all education in these lines, the youth should be taught that the laws of nature are the laws of God-- as truly divine as are the precepts of the Decalogue. The laws that govern our physical organism, God has written upon every nerve, muscle, and fiber of the body. Every careless and willful violation of these laws is a sin against our Creator. How necessary, then, that a thorough knowledge of these laws should be imparted!  {CG 363.1}

The best way to lose weight is to simply...not eat.

Try it. Works best, works fast.

You won't die.

Hi Hellen

I would share something from my personal experience. Though I am a skinny guy, the principle I use works for anything.

WHY do I want to do this? Answer for yourself that question first then anything else . Find all your motives and desires "why i should". Follow The Bible and The Spirit of Prophesy guidance on health and healthful living and browse the net. I would suggest one thing. God wants us to be in the best possible state of mind and body to serve Him. This sticks in my mind and it is my motivating principle.

Once you get "WHY" justified you can find "HOW" to do it. God will help.

Temperance in all things is a very good principle to adopt and start with. It is a process. Benefits of that won't come over night.

I hope that all this will help you.

Blessings

An exercise plan is also essential along with a good and balanced diet.

Find something you enjoy rather than something you know you wont be able to stick to.. be it an outdoor activity such as cycling or an indoor one such as Zumba or something else that is fun , enjoyable but helps burns the calories...

Hi Hellen kissa

This might be a radical idea but it's God's Plan for His Children.

Proper meal spacing and regularity of meal times.

This means Eat your Meals at the same time everyday.

Then once you have eaten your meal leave at least 5 hours until you eat the next one. No eating or drinking juice between meals. Only water to be taken between meals.

The last thing is eat only 2 meals a day.

This will bring all of God's benefits with it. Because you will be teaching your body to be temperate. Pray to the Lord for strength

Oh lastly eat only whole grains, fruits, Vegetables and nuts
