About Me:

I am a Seventh-Day Adventist Christian living in Jamaica. I am a Health and Lifestyle Consultant, whose passion is to assist people to recover from some of the most life-threatening diseases you can imagine, but most importantly to teach persons how to be more proactive about their personal health and well being.

Presently I am in partnership with a wonderful company that has been extremely helpful in facilitating my career. I hope to share whatever knowledge I have with my brothers and sisters who are not in the very best of health.

I also want to encourage one and all to grow in grace as we journey towards that celestial city.
