As inquiries have been coming into our office about the relationship of Daniel Mesa with Secrets Unsealed, we feel that a word of clarification is in order.
The marketing department of Secrets Unsealed hired Daniel Mesa on May 27, 2014, however, on December 6, 2016, the ministry terminated Daniel’s employment for a variety of reasons.
We would like to make it clear that neither Pastor Bohr nor anyone else at Secrets Unsealed shares Daniel’s theological views of the Godhead, particularly his understanding of the personhood and nature of the Holy Spirit, which we believe are at odds with Scripture, and the Spirit of Prophecy. Matthew 28:18-20 and 2 Corinthians 13:14 (among many other verses) indisputably teach that there are three distinct persons in the Godhead each in unity with the other and that all three are God in the highest sense. Ellen White is likewise clear:
“There are three living persons of the heavenly trio. In the name of these three powers, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, those who receive Christ by living faith are baptized, and these powers will cooperate with the obedient subjects of heaven in their efforts to live the new life in Christ.” Bible Training School, March 1, 1906
Although we can see the work and fruit of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Prophecy has warned us not to delve into forbidden paths such as trying to explain the Holy Spirit’s nature—what or who He is:
“The nature of the Holy Spirit is a mystery. Men cannot explain it, because the Lord has not revealed it to them. Men having fanciful views may bring together passages of Scripture and put a human construction on them, but the acceptance of these views will not strengthen the church. Regarding such mysteries, which are too deep for human understanding, silence is golden.” Acts of the Apostles, p. 52
Secrets Unsealed likewise teaches that Jesus is the Divine Son of God, co-substantial with the Father and sharing His nature. Our position is that Jesus is God in the highest sense, a person distinct from the Father yet equal with Him, in unity with Him, and sharing with Him all the divine attributes. We do not believe that Jesus was created at any point in eternity past for in Him is life ‘original, unborrowed, underived.’

Yes Pastor Bohr is a good evangelist and knows his bible well. Sadly some think they know better and push their ideas on others.
We are counseled in the Bible not to listen to the scholars of the Remnant church for they have been corrupted by the world. This you can read in Isa 56, Mal 1 and 2, Mica 3, and many other places.
We are also told to test the Spirit which is behind the teachers. Do they claim that JESUS is the Only Begotten SON of GOD? No, they claim the Trinity and speak of Coequal Coeternal and so on. The leaders of the BRI claim that it is all a Metaphor, they have made GOD into a metaphor, how then can we know whom we are to believe in? John 17.3. Knowledge of the Only True GOD, the FATHER and of His SON JESUS CHRIST is paramount to building a relationship. We cannot come to know someone we do not believe exists.
When Angel Rodrigues said that the SON of GOD is a methapor, he also implied that GOD the FATHER was a Metaphor and the Holy Spirit as a Metaphor. Thus the confusion is at its peak. What is it a Metaphor of? Can anyone share the Truth about GOD? Are we not to preach the 1st Angels Message? Fear GOD? Yet which GOD are we to fear? <3
As for your comment my brother, much learning can make people blind with pride. When we elevate people we reduce CHRIST. JESUS can teach someone more in an instant than years and years and years of learning in the universities of humanity.
None of the scholars believe that there is something happening with the Seventh-day Adventist church, yet the Bible is filled with examples and clear warnings. Who are we to follow? People, who shout "The Temple of the LORD, the Temple of the LORD, the Temple of the LORD?" Peace and Security or are we to sound the Warning in Love and warn people to get out of the confusion and learn to stand before a Holy GOD without a Mediator? <3
You know my brother, we have all misunderstood what is going to happen, and that is why JESUS will punish all of us for our mistakes, by casting His remnant church into Tribulation and a Great Darkness, so that He can prepare a people to stand with Him on the Mountain. Eze 11, Joel 2.

On this point I would respectfully disagree.
[a]Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby), the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name [in My place, to represent Me and act on My behalf], He will teach you all things. And He will help you remember everything that I have told you.
Refer to to Scripture as your guide.
Leon
Leon your dislike for E G White has blinded you I see no contradiction in the two passages you have quoted here. E G White's writings was not meant to supersede the Bible it was meant as a commentary. If you do not want to read the commentary that is a matter for you. Others may find it inspiring as do I.
Stephen Bohr is a brighter light I think He understands the bible well and He is wise enough to use the Spirit of Prophecy as a wise general. We need more men as faithful as Bohr.
Stephen says 1+1+1=3
Is that being bright?
Ian
There is nothing wrong with reading commentary. In this case it does not support scripture so it should not supersede the word.
Leon and how is it not in line with the word? if you would be kind to point that out to me please?
Elijah,
Leon is correct, the statement
The nature of the Holy Spirit is a mystery. Men cannot explain it, because the Lord has not revealed it to them, is not true. This statement is not in line with scriptural teaching. Jesus told his disciples
…it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
To know is to have knowledge of. The secrets of the kingdom of heaven have been revealed to Christ disciples. The nature of the Holy Spirit is encompassed within the secrets of the kingdom of heaven.
To say that God has not revealed it is to call Jesus a liar; wouldn’t you agree?
