At second coming, no, His feet will not touch the ground, There are a number of texts that make clear final events. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18  Hebrews  12:29 and Deut 9:3 and more. In one of Pastor Veith's sermons he explains that the Lord is a consuming fire, and sin, along with those who cling to it will be destroyed at the light of his presence. 2 Thess.2:8 "And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming."    1 Thess 4:13-18 "But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.  For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.  For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Than we which are alive and remain sahll be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with th Lord.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words." There is no secret quiet rapture, but a shout, earthquake, great disturbance at the Lord's return.  However Satan chooses his counterfeit, if all returns as was, or if he is roaming the earth and tv screens doing miracles, counseling, and trying to prove his authenticity, you should know it was not Christ, for Christ's return will put a full stop to the sin and wickedness. Seems simple enough but Satan will counterfeit while people are weak and desperate. Read Revelation 20.

Christ returns, the dead in Christ rise first, the living righteous are caught up in the clouds to meet Jesus, Satan is "bound a thousand years" (what people call the millenium) with no one to tempt, not because things will carry on peacefully with Christ on earth, but because the wicked will be destroyed at the brightness of His coming, and Satan will have no one to tempt for a thousand years, and must see the results of his rebellion, also at this time, the saints will learn why some were saved and others were lost.  After the thousand years, Satan is "loosed out of his prison" Rev 20:7 for a little season, this marks the second resurrection (of the wicked) to learn why they were lost and they will recognize the vastness of Jesus' fairness and love, but they will not repent. Satan managed to deceive them again and they tried to take the holy city that descends on the mount of olives after the thousand years...all in Rev 20. They are finally and utterly destroyed. Rev 20:6 "Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years."  See more in Doug Batchelor's sermon The Witch of Endor in my list of videos on my page amd my list of comments. Those who are not redeemed will be easy to deceive because the Lord will give them up to Satan's strong delusions because they loved not the truth.

Thank you Willshallbe Given.

Yes, you give a very good standard SDA answer to the question.  However, there are problems with the answer.  First, there are no SOP quotes to back up the answer you give.  The reason for this lack of SOP quotes are there are none.

The "doctrines of men" are very subtle, this is why Jesus cautioned about "private interpretations" so often.  If we can not confirm a doctrine form "the law and the Testimony"  we have a problem, no matter how long or how many teach a certain doctrine.  I am sure you agree.  Now I will quote the EGW Estate:

The following is a letter from the Brother Fagal:

“Thank you for contacting the Ellen G. White Estate. The New Testament's description of Jesus' return in 1 Thes. 4:16, 17 suggests that Jesus will not alight on the earth at that time, for we will be ‘caught up’ to meet Him in the air, and so to be with Him forever, not that He comes to be with us forever. Similarly, John 14:1-3 indicates that we are to be where He is, not that He is coming to be where we are. He receives us to Himself; we do not receive Him to ourselves. Again, this implies departing with Him from this earth to go to heaven, not that He comes down to this earth. Though it is widely believed and asserted in Seventh-day Adventist circles that Jesus' feet will not touch the earth when He returns at the start of the millennium, I know of no statement from Mrs. White that says this explicitly. I believe it is an appropriate conclusion to draw, based on the Bible's testimony, but I do not know of a statement that says it outright. More to the point, I think, are the statements that describe what Jesus' coming will be like--not something local (in the wilderness or the desert, for instance), but like that lightning that is seen everywhere. (See Matt. 24:26.) All the tribes of the earth will see Him come on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory, and He will send out His angels to gather His elect from everywhere (Matt. 24:30, 31). Rev. 1:7 says that ‘every eye’ will see Him, ‘even they who pierced Him [this will require a special resurrection]. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him.’ These are more reliable signs than looking to see whether His feet touch the earth. I hope this may help.  Thank you for writing, and God bless!” The Ellen White Estate, May 7th, 2008.   NOTE: Emphasis (Bold/Underling) added.

William Fagal,

Associate Director Ellen G. White Estate

Wouldn't you think EGW would have made EVEN ONE statement confirming your (All SDA's) teaching on such an important subject?  I am an SDA so don't think I am trying to do anything but clarify and confirm our doctrine. Remember, we are in the Laodicean condition in need of every Spiritual grace.

Yes, 1 Thes. 4:16 is talking about the 2nd Advent, but it does not attempt to describe it in detail.  We are told He comes in clouds with the trump and shout, that is all.  We must go to Acts1:9-10 and get a first hand account FROM ANGELS to receive a detailed description of exactly how He is to come, you agree?

Thank you for posting the question, it has started very good dialogue. In 1 Thess 4 .."For the Lord Himself shall descend" would have to be compared to the other texts that tell of the manner of His coming. I agree we would compare text to text and then to EGW writings for those questions the Lord would intend we answer that might be unclear, or to confirm what is revealed. I have some of her books, but wasn't sure if you wanted an expedient reply. We would certainly want to compare many more verses. The Bible makes more references to His coming rather than descending, and I think the standard SDA subject of whether His feet will touch the ground is for guidance so bretheren take to memory the difference to the way Satan will parade. We have   Matt. 16:27 "For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then shall reward every man according to his works."   Matt. 23:38,39 "Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord."   Luke 18:8 "I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?"   Acts 1:11 "..Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so  come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."  Mark 14:62 "And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven."  All these, and there are more, verses concur that the Lord will be seen, but at the same time, will not be delaying or roaming the earth as Satan will be doing. Rev. 22:12 "And behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be."  Acts1:9-11 compared to others appears to indeed be stressing that the Lord WILL return, and not stressing that His feet were on ground.  He had to leave the earth of course, and would have been on the ground.  But looking at all the other texts, "caught up in the air" is unmistakable.  I agree that we should refer to the SOP, but there should be no question here, maybe only for the unbelieving, that the believing can once again have it counted to faith. Just as the Lord would provide the SOP, He would certainly have made some warning about PREVALENT error regarding the manner of His return if this was what He foreknew would happen. Jesus, in all His caring and warning, did not imply we would mistake standard doctrine on the manner of His coming. He emphasizes that we watch,,...pray....and the church has, and its believers have the most sound doctrine of all the churches as well as a good system for comparing and affirming scriptures. We can do no better than to be thorough, including being careful that no one for a minute will make an assumption that the secret rapture doctrine might have any hint of truth. As brother Paul would endearingly say, "God forbid!" Please continue to post what you gather on this topic and keep it going. Thanks again.

Greetings again,

Your thoroughness of thought is very commendable.  I do appreciate your response.  And yes, the "secret rapture" is a false doctrine.  We as SDA's understand all the warnings in Matt. 24 24-26 very well and always warn those who know not.

Acts 1:9-11 does stress that Jesus will come back just as the Apostles saw Him go; doesn't it?  What took place at the Ascension?  Did Jesus "hover" over the Apostles?  Or was He standing on the Mt. of Olives before He ascended?

A "private interpretation" is when one forms a doctrine on a Bible subject with no "Thus Saith the Lord" to confirm the teaching.  (Isa. 8:20).  No where in Sister Whites' writings can the EGW Estate confirm a teaching that Jesus does not touch the earth.  The two angels in Acts 1:9-11 tell exactly the manner of His return, the SOP does not contradict the 2 angels at any time.  1 Thes. 4:16 describes some of the events of the Second Advent, Him coming with clouds and a shout and the dead are raised.

Who else saw the Second Advent and what was his Testimony?  Please read Job 19: 25-27.  What time is Job referring to when he sees the Lord "stand" on the earth?  We wouldn't want to privately interpret what he says so we go to Sister White and read GC 299, 300.  Now you see Job is in perfect harmony with the 2 angels.  And sister White confirms what Job and the angels Testimony is.

Hope to hear from you again,

I've considered this question myself, on the last days and the Mount of Olives, and where the Mount is exactly in the scheme of events, but it wasn't a pressing question.  There is no disharmony between Job's statement on Christ's standing on the earth in the "latter day," and the angels' statement about His return after He transfigured and left the mountain,..agreed,   and between the reminder that Christ's feet will not touch the ground,.. or at least that Christ will not tarry on the earth at the first resurection.

Job is likely referring to Christ's descent onto the mountain, after the thousand years millennium, while the standard SDA teaching/warning about His feet not touching the ground refers to his return at the first resurrection, since His return will be counterfeited. Christ, Himself, repeatedly refers to Himself sitting on the throne at the first resurrection, (second advent), perhaps for even more clarification.

Matthew 27:64  "Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven."

Mark 14:62  "And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven."

Matthew 25:31  "When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory"  Matthew 24:24-27 "For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert: go not forth; behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." 30-31"And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven; and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and with great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."  In newer Bible versions,'elect' has reference notes to refer to 'Jews" only, but in KJV, elect is  known to refer to spiritual Israel.

Zechariah 14:4,5 "And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, andthere shall be a very great valley: an half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal; yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah; and the Lord my God shall come, and al the saints with thee.""The second coming will be for His saints, the third coming will be with His saints," and there will be utter chaos and destruction upon the wicked.

Revelation 20;7-9 "And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle; the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city; and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them."

In the Great Controversy chapter, "The Controversy Ended" p. 374 of my edition, it reads, "Christ descends upon the Mount of Olives, whence, after His resurrection, He ascended, and where angels repeated the promise of His return.  Says the prophet: "The Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with Thee."  p.375 Satan,"with fiendish exultation he points to the unnumbered millions who have been raised from the dead and declares that as their leader he is well able to overthrow the city and regain his throne and his kingdom." Of course prophecy is fulfilled and there is no more hope for them.

I don't know if your study group or pastor have already looked into this, but you may invite others with interest on the subject to shed what light they have on this.

Hi again,

We all know that after the 1,000 years, Christ will come down to the Mt. of Olives, plainly spoken in EW 54, 55 thereabouts.

Ellen White quotes Job 19: 25-27 several times in her writings and never once does she place his Testimony after the 1,000 years.  Each and every time she says plainly he is talking about the 2nd Advent.  She had better be, because If Job is speaking of the time after the 1,000 years, he must come up in the 2nd Resurrection, Eeeek; which we know not to be True.  Also, EGW is quoting the KJV in GC 299 not the NKJV, the words are changed in the NKJV.

Can you please find me even one statement that confirms your rendering of Job's Testimony, placing it AFTER the 1,000 years?

Your rendering of Job's testimony seemed to state that it was at the second advent.  My presentation of texts were to clarify what Jesus said about His second coming, and the events of the third advent, as is supported by many other texts.

Job 19:25 "For I know that my redeemer liveth and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth" Job's Lord and defender shall stand in the end or as he states "latter day," He will be victorious to the very end (third coming). This interpretation, when compared to the texts I presented on the third coming  is fine, and thankfully, the likely interpretation.  Revelation 21:2,5,6 "And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband..And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end.."  So seeing this, that John mentions the new Jerusalem coming down from God out of heaven and that He sat upon the throne, should I now claim confusion that maybe since Christ speaks of sitting on the throne those many times with regard to His second coming, that John must also be in this moment speaking of the second coming rather than the "latter day end because he said "sat"?  Not at all, but this appears to be the logic you are following.

Secondly, my mention of the newer Bible versions or NKJV, which refers to the "elect" in reference to Jews only, rather than the KJV reference to the "elect" as spiritual Israel, was to point out that the King James Version is the more reliable, (and undoubtedly more eloquent) version.  I did not say that Ellen White had quoted from the NKJV.

If I may make another important point..  popular false doctrines of today make much of the establishment of an earthly kingdom in an earthly "Holy land," but Christ reminds us "..My kingdom is not of this world:" St. John18:36.  Even the peculiar message of the Advent movement is subject to misinterpretation in the NKJV, when, as Pastor Veith points out that "Hagai Hagion" replaces KJV "Hagion" regarding Daniel's prophecy on the cleansing of the sanctuary.  Daniel 8:14 "And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed."   Hebrews 9:2,3 " For there was a tabernacle made; the first, wherein was the candlestick, and the table, and the shewbread; which is called the sanctuary. And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all;"   Pastor Veith: "Holiest of all, in the Bible, is (hagai hagion).. It is used for "after the veil," and Is there a heavenly sanctuary?    Yes, we see in Hebrews 8:1,2  "Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such an high priest, who is set on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens; A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tavernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man."       Hebrews 9:11, 14 " But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;..How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?"

Pastor Veith: "When Christ was resurrected, He went into the sanctuary. Some time thereafter, He must go from the holy, into the most holy ..         "then will the sanctuary be cleansed" tells  when He goes into the "most holy."

         2300 years

In prophecy 1 day=1 year,          1 week= 7 days= 7 years,  Ezekiel 4:6 "I have appointed thee each day for a year."

Num. 14:34 "After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year.."

Daniel12:4 "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even  to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased."

" 1844 is the date of the end of the 2300 day prophecy.  At the endof the 2300 days, there will be a cleansing of the sanctuary. Also, in Revelation 10, we see through the unsealing of the book, the SDA started preaching the judgment message..

If Jesus went into the most holy, there is no special circumstance around 1844."

SDA keep the commandments of God, preach the 3 Angels' Message, and have the sanctuary message.

-How else was 1844 important?

At This Time We See The Rise Of:

Freemasonry- Albert Mackey's list of published works starts in 1844 with "A Lexicon of  Freemasonry,"   "increasing interest and participation in masonic studies"

Mormon Church- founded by Joseph Smith in 1830, and headquarters since 1847

Christian Science-

False prophets-

Jehova's Witnesses- 1870's, formerly the Bible Students Movement

Karl Marx writes The Communist Manifesto in 1844, which states there is no God

Bahai faith- founded in 1844

Darwin's "Origin of Species"..with the evolution doctrine and contradiction of God's  Creation..started in 1844

....and the time of the beginnings of the movement which will say 'All churches unite'

-To make such points, is why I made mention of NKJV-

-The Bible is clear with regard to events of the second and third coming,.. so please review again previous comments...and if you have questions about EGW comments, then pray as she did, for more light on the matter.

I have not seen what citings you refer to, still,.. We, and EG White are not infallible,..and who would claim to be?  She has also often been misquoted..and some of her writings and actions, only God will reliably reveal in the end.  That said..there have always been effort to discredit Christ, discredit truth,.. to discredit those who have His testimony.. and so long as we stand for, and deliver the testimony of Christ, in the end.. we will prevail,...even to the "latter days."

It is vital, not to underestimate Satan's deceptive powers.  This is why study of the end time is necessary.  But when the scripture and truth is put forth sufficiently, it is not time to throw in unlikely conclusions.  Please review the discussion, considering the matter prayerfully.

So you didn't find even one quote from Sister White that puts Job 19: 25-27 after the 1,000 years?

Your voluminous writing does not change this fact, does it?

So now when Sister White is so clear in her application of Job to the Second Advent (GC 299); are we safe placing Job anywhere but where she places it, is that a correct use of the SOP?

Now we add to this (GC 299) another quote.  Do you believe the Great Controversy is Inspired and gives a correct of end time events?  Do you believe that Sister White had the authority to take from the writings of others to illustrate a point or put into words already spoken, her view on a subject?  Here is her estimation of this wonderful book:

"Truths Barricaded by a "Thus Saith the Lord."--How many have read carefully Patriarchs and Prophets, The Great Controversy, and The Desire of Ages? I wish all to understand that my confidence in the light that God has given stands firm, because I know that the Holy Spirit's power magnified the truth, and made it honorable, saying: "This is the way, walk ye in it." In my books, the truth is stated, barricaded by a "Thus saith the Lord." The Holy Spirit traced these truths upon my heart and mind as indelibly as the law was traced by the finger of God, upon the tables of stone, which are now in the ark, to be brought forth in that great day when sentence will be pronounced against every evil, seducing science produced by the father of lies."  --Letter 90, 1906.  CM 126.2.

"The Great Controversy," Above Silver or Gold.-- The Great Controversy should be very widely circulated. It contains the story of the past, the present, and the future. In its outline of the closing scenes of this earth's history, it bears a powerful testimony in behalf of the truth. I am more anxious to see a wide circulation for this book than for any others I have written; for in The Great Controversy, the last message of warning to the world is given more distinctly than in any of my other books.--Letter 281, 1905."  CM 127.1.

With this Testimony why do you ignore GC 299?  We now confirm Job's Testimony from another GC quote found @ GC 259:

“’Jesus of Nazareth, the true Messiah,’ he said, ‘whose hands and feet were pierced, who was brought like a lamb to the slaughter, who was the Man of Sorrows and acquainted with grief, who after the scepter was taken from Judah, and the legislative power from between his feet, came the first time; shall come the second time in the clouds of heaven, and with the trump of the Archangel’ (Joseph Wolff, Researches and Missionary Labors, page 62) ‘and shall stand upon the Mount of Olives; and that dominion, once consigned to Adam over the creation, and forfeited by him (Genesis 1:26; 3:17), shall be given to Jesus. He shall be king over all the earth. The groanings and lamentations of the creation shall cease, but songs of praises and thanksgivings shall be heard….When Jesus comes in the glory of His Father, with the holy angels,...the dead believers shall rise first. 1 Thessalonians 4:16; 1 Corinthians 15:32. This is what we Christians call the first resurrection. Then the animal kingdom shall change its nature (Isaiah 11:6-9), and be subdued unto Jesus. Psalm 8. Universal peace shall prevail.’--Journal of the Rev. Joseph Wolff, pages 378, 379. ‘The Lord again shall look down upon the earth, and say, 'Behold, it is very good.'-- Ibid., page 294.”  88 GC 359.1.

Now this is the 1888 writing.  If this was scene as an error on Sister White's part or any of the editors, we would not find this quote in the 1911 version, right?  We see Sister White left this quote right where it was found in the "88" edition.  And of course, Wolff is in perfect harmony with Job, The 2 Angels and Sister White's statement @ GC 299.

Why do you not believe Sister White or even faithful old Job, himself?  You have shown not one quote to the contrary; and if you could, is the Lord the author of confusion?  The "doctrines of men" are most deceptive, this is why Jesus warned against them "to the law and the Testimony"  Isa. 8:20.

This does not mean quoting Amazing Facts or Walter Veith, they are not the law or the Testimony.  Ellen White is.

I read your reply, but I am fully convinced of the years of study already done on the subject, having searched these truths myself, and especially convinced of the words of the Bible.  I know that Sister White was no stranger to intense scrutiny of her work, but only so much can be done, or repeated, or clarified, or unusual scrutiny forseen, as one writes, or there might be less light, but more reading as a result of excessive repetition, where not necessary.  We know there will be a time when the Lord will regard the world as "very good" again, but first, there will be a third coming. For whatever reason, where "(Joseph Wolff, Researches and Missionary Labors)" is interjected, the words, "At the third coming," is not interjected,..(as shown here), neither by Joseph Wolff, nor EGW, but that would have to be assumed, or known, and a time after the third coming, is the only way the Lord would regard the world as "very good" again.  Was differentiation between the third and second coming heavily studied at the time,..whether it was or not, we have enough from Jeremiah,  Zechariah, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Revelation, be sure of the second and third coming and sure of the pertinent events of the Lord's return.  Now if you have spoken to an SDA clergyman who disagrees that there is a third coming and there is no thousand years of desolation and lifeless void on the earth, like in the beginning described in Genesis, then you have a very troubling course.

Events described of  first resurrection.. Revelation 20:1  "And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand." ...the millennium.. 2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,".....    resurrected saints in heaven during this millenium..  Revelation 20:4 "And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them:".....  desolation on earth during this thousand years.. Revelation 20:5 "But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection."  ...a desolation on earth, much like in the time of the beginning.. Genesis1:2 "without form and void," "no light," no man," black." not since the time of the beginning had the world been again desolate until the millenium. Jeremiah 4:23, 25, "I beheld the earth, and lo, it was without form, and void; and the heavens, and they had no light...I beheld, and, lo, there was no man, and all the birds of the heavens were fled."...   Revelation 20:7 "And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,"... Zechariah 14:4 "And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east,.." this is the Third coming,( though the words, "third coming" are not to the exact used here, but it is known to be so,.. we see it is so,)..the  saints returned with the Lord... Revelation 20:9 "And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city:'  Revelation 20:14 " And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire.  This is the second death."...(distinction made, is at the third coming..though no need to spell that out for any who can see it is so.)    Revelation 21:4 "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."

-This thing is certain,..the truth makes things clearer.     Let your study be to your edification.   Romans 8:28 "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are  called according to his purpose."  I will not carry this further with you. I suggest you pray diligently, and search these scriptures for clarity.  God bless

I quote Inspiration only.  All SDA's know that the 1,000 years in spent in Heaven and as I said all should know SOP makes an application to Zech. 14:4 after the 1,000 years.  But what about Zechariah's primary vision?  59

So you think you have found error in the GC?  GC 299?  and GC 259?  This is just a sampling of what she says about the Second Advent.

I will say no more to you, since you add words and thoughts to my writing that were not said or intended.

points harmoniously to the Word.
Salvational questions have long been answered, and may not include whether after a thousand year Sabbath, the wicked will last in hellfire long enough to reach the following Sabbath, to desecrate.
satan would by then, have already served out a thousand years of punishment.
Such a difference to eternal hellfire Jesus is slandered of... merciful to those tried in the fire;
saints, who also will join in judging; familiar with any fire... will judge justly, and coals will in
sufficiency be heaped upon the heads and consciences of the desperately evil ones who                            must by overwhelming evidence, confess Him, Lord, Crucified, Righteous, Worthy, Faithful, and Just.
